A project to upgrade and rearchitect their current Rational Software deployment of Rational Team Concert (RTC), DOORS, DOORS Web Access and RRDI. Rearchitected the solution from a one server deployment to a multi server deployment for scalability, performance and reliability. Upgraded Rational Team Concert from 5.0 to 6.0.4, plus DOORS and DOORS Web Access from 9.4 to 9.6.1. In addition, performed a migration from Rational Reporting for Development Intelligence (RRDI) to Cognos Business Intelligence Server with ALM Cognos Connector integrated with Rational Team Concert.
